The Right Kind of Leadership – Chris A. Hutcherson

When I think of a leader, I don’t think of someone that is demanding, close-minded, or someone that thinks it’s either their way or no way. Some of the words that come to my mind are loyalty, sincerity, integrity, concern, honesty, patience, and open-mindedness. These are the exact words that describe Chris Hutcherson. He is the epitome of a good leader.

Chris A. Hutcherson displays his outstanding leadership qualities by the way he delegates responsibilities. Because he surrounds himself with experts in all areas and cross-trains, he can be confident that all projects will be completed with accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness. I appreciate his gratitude and trust with all that work with him. Because of his trust and appreciation for our efforts, it inspires loyalty and dedication to Chris and the long-term success of his new venture.

His leadership qualities display sincere concern for all of us. He makes sure that we always have time for our family and fulfill our family obligations. Because of his caring nature, everyone makes it a priority to do whatever they can to assist him in the success of his new venture.

He has a way of helping people realize and continually strive to reach their highest potential. He has taught me that the only way to be happy and truly successful is to step outside of myself and think of ways to help others. Albert Einstein once said, “You don’t truly live until you lose yourself in the service of others.” This quote reminds me of the valuable lessons I have learned from Chris.

Many of the people that have become a part of Chris’ company have successful careers in other fields.
